Employee Media, Recording & Appearance Consent Policy
As part of employment with StheBestsCleanerpro, all employees, Team Pros, contractors, or representatives acknowledge and agree that StheBestsCleanerpro may photograph, video record, or otherwise capture work-related activities for business, security, training, marketing, advertising, website, and social media purposes.
By signing any employment agreement, onboarding document, contractor agreement, handbook acknowledgment, policy acknowledgment, or any company-related document provided by StheBestsCleanerpro, the employee voluntarily grants permission and consent to:

Employees understand and agree that:

No additional compensation is required for the use of such recordings, photographs, or content unless otherwise agreed in writing by StheBestsCleanerpro

All photographs, videos, recordings, and media created by or for StheBestsCleanerpro remain the sole property of the company

StheBestsCleanerpro reserves the right to edit, publish, distribute, promote, or remove media content at its discretion

Media content may be used across websites, social media platforms, digital advertisements, printed materials, promotional campaigns, and other business-related platforms
Employees who do not agree to this policy must notify StheBestsCleanerpro in writing before accepting employment or performing any work-related services.
Failure to comply with company media policies, interference with company recording procedures, or unauthorized use of company media may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contract.
StheBestsCleanerpro maintains these procedures for professionalism, branding, quality assurance, training, safety, documentation, and protection of both the company and its Team Pros.

To support company operations, quality assurance, safety, training, branding, and promotional activities, employees may be photographed, audio recorded, or video recorded while performing work-related duties.

Employee Consent & Authorization
By accepting employment, contract work, training, onboarding, assignments, compensation, uniforms, company materials, or by signing any agreement, handbook acknowledgment, onboarding packet, policy acknowledgment, electronic form, digital signature, or any document issued by StheBestsCleanerpro, the employee voluntarily and knowingly grants StheBestsCleanerpro full permission and authorization to:

Work performance

Before-and-after conditions

Equipment usage

Safety procedures
-
Client property conditions

Completed work areas
for operational, legal, quality assurance, safety, training, customer service, and business protection purposes.
Employees may not interfere with authorized company recording or documentation procedures while on duty.
Ownership of Media
All photographs, recordings, videos, images, audio files, marketing materials, training footage, digital content, edited materials, raw footage, and related media created by or for StheBestsCleanerpro remain the sole and exclusive property of StheBestsCleanerpro.
Employees acknowledge that:

They do not own company-created media

They are not entitled to royalties, residuals, commissions, or additional compensation for media usage unless specifically agreed to in writing

Professional Appearance Requirement
Employees appearing in any company media, client property, or public-facing work environment are required to:

Confidentiality & Company Protection
Employees may not:

Unauthorized recording, sharing, copying, or misuse of company media may result in disciplinary action, termination, or legal action when applicable.
Refusal of Consent
Employees who do not agree to these terms must notify StheBestsCleanerpro in writing before:
