StheBestsCleanerpro Team Pro Safety, Workplace Protection & Zero-Tolerance Policy

At StheBestsCleanerpro, the safety, dignity, mental well-being, and professional protection of our Team Pros are our highest priority. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional work environment at every client property.

By scheduling, approving, or allowing cleaning services at a property, the client and all occupants of the property agree to comply with this policy in full.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

StheBestsCleanerpro maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of:
• Harassment
• Verbal abuse
• Aggressive behavior
• Intimidation
• Threats
• Discrimination
• Bullying
• Physical intimidation
• Unsafe conduct
• Hostile confrontations
• Profanity directed toward staff
• Sexual harassment
• Retaliation against staff
• Blocking movement or exits
• False accusations intended to intimidate staff
• Attempting to prevent a Team Pro from leaving the property
• Locking doors, restricting exits, or trapping staff inside a property
• Recording or following staff in an aggressive or threatening manner

Any behavior determined by StheBestsCleanerpro to place a Team Pro in an unsafe, hostile, threatening, or emotionally distressing environment may result in the immediate termination of services without warning.

Immediate Right to Leave Property

If a Team Pro feels unsafe, threatened, intimidated, harassed, emotionally distressed, physically endangered, or uncomfortable for any reason, the Team Pro has the full authority to immediately stop services and leave the property without further discussion, explanation, notice, or approval from the client.

Our Team Pros are not required to remain at any property where:
• Personal safety feels compromised
• Hostile conduct is present
• Aggressive confrontation occurs
• Threatening behavior is displayed
• Unsafe working conditions exist
• The Team Pro feels emotionally or physically unsafe

For safety protection, Team Pros are instructed to prioritize leaving the property immediately and peacefully rather than continuing communication or confrontation.

StheBestsCleanerpro fully supports the decision of any Team Pro who determines that leaving a property is necessary for personal safety.

No Refund, Settlement, Credit, or Compensation Policy

If services are interrupted, stopped, shortened, canceled, or abandoned due to hostile, threatening, unsafe, abusive, intimidating, or inappropriate behavior from any client, resident, guest, occupant, contractor, or person present at the property, the client immediately forfeits eligibility for:
• Refunds
• Partial refunds
• Service credits
• Discounts
• Settlements
• Charge reversals
• Compensation claims
• Free future services

The client remains financially responsible for:
• Reserved appointment time
• Travel time
• Labor already performed
• Administrative costs
• Team dispatch costs
• Service blocking and schedule reservation

Any attempt to intimidate, threaten, pressure, manipulate, or harass StheBestsCleanerpro staff into providing refunds, discounts, settlements, or compensation after a hostile incident may result in permanent refusal of future services and possible legal action if necessary.

Protection Against Unsafe Detainment or Restriction

Under no circumstances may a client or occupant:
• Restrict a Team Pro from leaving the property
• Lock doors to prevent staff from exiting
• Physically block exits
• Confiscate personal belongings, phones, keys, or equipment
• Demand staff remain inside the property during a confrontation
• Attempt to detain, intimidate, or pressure staff into continuing services

Any action interpreted as unlawful restriction, intimidation, forced detainment, or interference with a Team Pro leaving the property may result in immediate contact with law enforcement.

Documentation & Evidence Protection

For safety, legal, operational, and quality assurance purposes, StheBestsCleanerpro reserves the right to maintain and store documentation related to services and client interactions, including:
• Before and after service photos
• Property condition documentation
• Time-stamped service records
• Arrival and departure records
• Internal Team Pro incident reports
• Text messages and written communications
• Call logs and voicemail records
• Service notes regarding client behavior or property conditions

These records may be used for:
• Internal investigations
• Safety protection
• Insurance purposes
• Legal defense
• Chargeback disputes
• Fraud prevention
• Business protection

Refusal of Future Services

StheBestsCleanerpro reserves the absolute right to:
• Refuse future services
• Permanently ban clients from booking
• Cancel recurring appointments
• Decline rebooking requests
• Remove clients from service eligibility

This may occur if a client or occupant engages in hostile, abusive, threatening, manipulative, unsafe, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward any Team Pro or company representative.

Acknowledgment of Policy

By booking, scheduling, approving, or receiving services from StheBestsCleanerpro, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
• Team Pro safety is prioritized above service completion
• Team Pros may leave immediately if safety concerns arise
• No refund or settlement will be provided in hostile or unsafe situations
• Respectful conduct is required at all times
• Violations of this policy may result in permanent refusal of services

StheBestsCleanerpro is committed to protecting every Team Pro from unsafe environments, intimidation, harassment, threats, and abusive conduct under all circumstances.
