StheBestsCleanerpro Team Pro Uniform & Professional Appearance Policy

At StheBestsCleanerpro, our appearance reflects the quality, professionalism, safety, and trust our customers expect from our company. All Team Pros are required to follow this Uniform & Professional Appearance Policy while representing StheBestsCleanerpro at any client property, business location, training, meeting, or work-related activity.

Purpose of the Policy

This policy is designed to:

  • Maintain a professional company image

  • Help customers easily identify authorized Team Pros

  • Promote workplace safety and cleanliness

  • Protect company branding and reputation

  • Maintain consistency throughout all services provided by StheBestsCleanerpro

Required Company Uniform

All Team Pros must wear the approved company uniform while on duty, including but not limited to:

  • Official StheBestsCleanerpro black polo or company-approved shirt

  • Professional black or dark-colored pants

  • Closed-toe non-slip shoes suitable for cleaning work

  • Company-approved gloves when performing services

  • Company hat, apron, badge, or identification if assigned

Uniforms must display the StheBestsCleanerpro logo when provided by the company.

Uniform Standards

Uniforms must remain:

  • Clean and freshly presented

  • Free from stains, strong odors, holes, tears, or excessive wrinkles

  • Properly fitted and professional in appearance

  • Appropriate for residential and commercial work environments

Employees may not wear:

  • Offensive or inappropriate clothing

  • Clothing with unrelated business logos

  • Excessively revealing clothing

  • Pajamas, slippers, or unsafe footwear

  • Clothing displaying profanity, political messaging, or offensive graphics

Grooming & Hygiene Expectations

All Team Pros are expected to maintain:

  • Good personal hygiene

  • Clean hands and nails

  • Neat hair appearance

  • Professional overall presentation while interacting with customers

Strong odors, including smoke or excessive fragrances, should be avoided while inside client properties.

Client Trust & Safety

The company uniform helps customers identify authorized StheBestsCleanerpro Team Pros entering their property. Employees must never misrepresent themselves or alter the company uniform in a misleading manner.

Uniform compliance is considered part of maintaining a safe and professional environment for both clients and Team Pros.

Social Media & Public Representation

Any employee appearing in:

  • Company photos

  • Videos

  • Advertising

  • Social media content

  • Promotional materials

must wear the approved StheBestsCleanerpro uniform unless otherwise approved by management.

Damage or Loss of Uniform

Employees are responsible for maintaining company-issued uniforms in acceptable condition. Lost, damaged, or intentionally altered uniforms may require replacement fees or disciplinary action depending on the situation.

Failure to Follow Uniform Policy

Failure to comply with this policy may result in:

  • Removal from client appointments

  • Verbal or written warnings

  • Suspension from scheduled work

  • Additional disciplinary action for repeated violations

StheBestsCleanerpro reserves the right to determine whether an employee’s appearance meets company standards.
