At StheBestsCleanerpro, we may use the client’s Wi-Fi network during scheduled cleaning services for legitimate business and operational purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, communication with management, accessing scheduling systems, processing service updates, navigation, time tracking, and other work-related tasks necessary to complete the service efficiently.

 

All Wi-Fi usage by our team is strictly limited to professional purposes. Our employees and contractors are strictly prohibited from:

 

  • Accessing personal, private, or sensitive client data

  • Attempting to view, store, or transmit client files or information

  • Using the network for illegal, unauthorized, or non-business-related activities

 

 

We take reasonable steps to ensure that all devices used by our team are secure and used responsibly while connected to client networks.

 

By allowing our team to perform services at your property, you acknowledge and grant permission for reasonable Wi-Fi access during the duration of the appointment.

 

If a client prefers not to provide Wi-Fi access, it is the client’s responsibility to notify StheBestsCleanerpro prior to the scheduled service. In such cases, certain service features (such as real-time updates or communication delays) may be limited.

 

Limitation of Liability:

StheBestsCleanerpro shall not be held liable for any network interruptions, performance issues, or incidental impacts related to Wi-Fi usage during service. Clients remain responsible for the security, configuration, and protection of their own network.
