Chargebacks Not Permitted,Clients agree not to file chargebacks for services that have been completed, partially completed, or reserved. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of this agreement.

Before filing any dispute, the client must contact STheBestsCleanerpro directly at the official contact method listed on our website and allow us a reasonable opportunity to review and address the concern.

Evidence & Documentation

SERVICE GUARANTEE (NO REFUNDS)

Service Guarantee

STheBestsCleanerpro is committed to delivering professional, high-quality cleaning services. While no refunds are issued, we stand behind our work through a service satisfaction guarantee as outlined below.

Satisfaction Review Window If a client is not satisfied with a specific area of the cleaning service, the client must notify STheBestsCleanerpro within 24 hours of service completion with a clear description of the concern.

Resolution Without Refunds. At our discretion, STheBestsCleanerpro may:

 

  • Revisit and re-clean the specific area of concern once, at no additional charge

  • Provide service credit toward a future cleaning (non-cash, non-transferable)

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Exclusions. The Service Guarantee does not apply to:

 

  • Wear and tear

  • Permanent stains or damage

  • Areas not included in the booked service

  • Homes or facilities requiring restoration-level cleaning

  • Issues reported after 24 hours

  • Services interrupted due to safety, access, or client conduct issues

Professional Standards

Clients are expected to treat all staff with professionalism and respect. Any unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate service termination without refund and voids the Service Guarantee.
